Dear Colin,

Thank you for your fax of the 29th April, in which you stated that you would send a technician to check the unit on Friday, the 30th unless this was not convenient for me. Since I was in agreement with this action, I did not reply, but we did not see a technician.

The unit continues to ice up frequently, the most recent time being Saturday 1 May. I would appreciate it if you could increase your efforts to fix the problem.
