                Wyeast 1768 "English bitter" yeast from smack pack

14 April        Bottled with 18 g saccharose (7 g/l)

Notes

• Experimental bottling made from starter for Brew 74.
• Very dark for a “lager”.
• Previous experiments with starters were surprisingly good. This wasn't. Poured down the drain.
