Ingredients

quantity       ingredient       step
500 g       minced beef, best quality       1
40 g       onion, chopped       1
10 g       garlic, crushed       1
10 g       salt       1
      pepper to taste       1
1 g       Cayenne pepper       1
15 g       Paprika, sweet       1

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together. With wet hands, form 14 rolls of 35 g each. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  2. Fry until golden-brown. Serve with chips and coleslaw or tsatsiki.
