Ingredients

50 g       onion, chopped       1
15 g       garlic, chopped       1
200 g       beef, minced       1
50 g       cold-smoked ham (R√§ucherschinken), finely chopped       1
50 g       spinach, chopped       1
      salt       1
      pepper       1
1 portion       fresh pasta, uncooked       2
1       egg white       2
1 l       chicken broth       3
      chopped chives to taste       4

Preparation

  1. Fry onion, adding in succession garlic, beef, ham and finally spinach. Season.

  2. Roll out pasta to thickness 4 on the noodle machine. Cut with a ravioli cutter, fill with filling.

  3. Simmer in chicken broth for about 10 minutes.

  4. Garnish with chopped chives.
