This is a dish that I tried on 27 February 2025 . I may never do it again.
This is based on a sachet of San Choy Bao seasoning from ALDI .

ALDI San Choy Bao paste

iceberg lettuce

Preparation
Fry onion and garlic until soft.
Add pork and fry until cooked.
Add carrot and water chestnut, then spice paste. Heat until hot.
Separate lettuce leaves and serve, putting the filling into the leaves:
The result? Interesting, but I'm not sure that I'd want to repeat it. One issue is the
lettuce: the leaves are of different sizes, some too big, others too small.
