This is a recipe that I first tried on 28 April 2024, based on my bibimjang recipe.
It's intended for general use, though so far I have only used it for the eggs in huevos rancheros.
Mix ingredients together. Add water if necessary to establish the correct consistency.

This is basically bibimjang without the sesame seeds and oil. 28 April 2024 I made this with 50 g of sesame oil and 55 g of water. On 10 September 2024 I made it again without the oil. But it was so watery! My guess
is that the first batch of gochujang had dried out somewhat. My 40 g above are a guess.
