This is a thing we whipped together on 14 May 2017.

50 g       shallots       1
      oil       1
5 g       garlic       2
80 g       brown mushrooms       3
330 g       cooked rice       4
2 g       salt       4


  1. Finely chop shallots and fry gently in oil.
  2. Peel garlic and crush into shallot mix when glazed.
  3. Slice mushrooms and add to mixture.
  4. When mushrooms are cooked, add rice and salt and mix well. Heat until warm.
